The masses aspire to be rich by believing politicians’ false promises, over and over and over ad infinitum! Why? They are getting dumber.

We had the chance to be a rich nation in the ’60s. Statistics showed that our GDP was better compared to Singapore and South Korea but when corruption sat in followed by 21 years of the conjugal dictatorship, we bottomed out and have not recovered from it.
