It was an inspiring call to seize the moment, make a mark, and ride the strong momentum to turn 2024 into yet another landmark year.

AyalaLand Estates Inc. (ALEI) made this rally in a recent gathering of its “elite” sales ambassadors, who were feted for their stellar achievements so far into 2024 and their substantial contributions to the company’s sustained growth.

With the group’s battle cry, “Move with Momentum. Mark Your Moment. Make 2024 Monumental!”, ALEI hosted its 2024 Mid-Year Sales Awards on July 11, culminating in an evening of celebration featuring cocktails, dinner, and entertainment. The event, held at The Space at One Ayala, was designed to further inspire ALEI’s in-house sales teams and broker partners to keep charging forward.

Spirit and Tenacity

This theme “MOMENTUM”, according to ALEI Broker head Deo Ignacio, was meant to encapsulate the spirit and tenacity that defined their journey in the past six months.

“Momentum is what turns the first step into a marathon—a single sale into a record-breaking quarter. It is the force that has carried us through challenges and has empowered us to exceed our goals. And, today, we recognize and celebrate that unstoppable force within each one of you,” Ignacio told ALEI sales ambassadors at dinner.

Ignacio explained that to “Move with Momentum” is a reminder that the journey does not stop here. It instead challenges everyone to keep pushing, to keep striving for excellence, and to maintain the energy and drive that have brought them this far.

“The successes we celebrate are the foundation for even greater achievements in the future. So, together, let us commit to moving with even greater momentum, to taking every challenge as an opportunity, and to driving our success to new levels,” he added.

Stellar Performance

ALEI Group head Chris Maglanoc meanwhile thanked their sales teams for helping the company achieve its targets despite the mix of challenges and successes seen in the last six months.

“Your hard work has paid off in contributing to the sales of our commercial lots. Looking back at our mid-year achievements, we secured key clients, turned around transactions and provided efficient after-sales service, for a seamless end-to-end journey. To show recognition, we will be awarding an elite group of ALEI ambassadors for their outstanding performance,” Maglanoc said at the awarding ceremonies.

Jeff Mari of Primespace Infinite Real Estates Solutions Inc. was awarded for having the highest number of lots sold in the first six months of the year. “On behalf of Ayala Land Estates, I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to all of you for your hard work and dedication. To all the awardees and raffle winners, congratulations! You have embodied the essence of our theme by moving forward with unstoppable momentum,” said Mayi Rodriguez, Senior Project Development and Sales head of ALEI.

Sustaining Momentum

Indeed, these top achievers exemplify ALEI’s thrust to keep the momentum going. Having shown what they are capable of achieving, these top-tier sales ambassadors are now poised to sustain this strong momentum they have built.

Gomez, for instance, said he intends to continue what he’s been doing: to offer the estates and update clients with the latest promos, special terms, and incentives offered by ALEI. His outstanding performance in the past six months, he explained, can be credited to his consistency.

He believes personalized interactions would allow him to strengthen trust and loyalty among their clientele—much like what he has been doing over the years. Mari pointed out that his stellar performance can be attributed to his customer-centric approach as he takes time to understand his clients’ needs and priorities to deliver personalized solutions. At the same time, the exceptional quality of Ayala Land products, proven as sound investments over the years, ensures that clients keep coming back for more.

“Here’s to our incredible achievements so far and to even brighter successes that lie ahead. As we celebrate with cheers, let this fuel us to start tomorrow with even more momentum. Seize every moment to make our mark. Together, let us make 2024 monumental,” Ignacio concluded.
