Before the Philippine UHC was created, there are already many successful Universal Health care in Existence in many Countries including right next door to the Philippines. And Health is HEALTH, so there is no excuse that there is difference between the rest and the Philippines … so there must be something wrong with the way it was crafted and the idea why it was created.
