Meadowcrest is envisioned to be compact, thriving, and connected—a multi-use, masterplanned township that will be intimate yet complete. (Artist’s perspective) It offered an enticing glimpse into the vibrant yet charming lifestyle awaiting future residents in this emerging community in the South.Premier real estate developer Federal Land Inc. recently hosted the Meadowcrest Backyard Adventure, a distinctive “estate open house” designed to introduce the unique living experience at Meadowcrest, the company’s 48-hectare township rising in Biñan, Laguna.

Set amid refreshing views and a lush natural backdrop, the fun-filled day engaged guests through active pursuits like the pet run, a mini-obstacle course featuring rope climbs, over-under-through challenges, and balance beams, as well as a pot painting session, all complemented by live music and a selection of sumptuous snacks. Celebrities like Matteo Guidicelli, Isabelle Daza, Gretchen Ho, Victor Basa, and Bubbles Paraiso also joined in on the fun, much to the excitement of the more than 500 guests that graced the Meadowcrest site that one fine Sunday.

Intimate yet complete

Indeed, the Meadowcrest Backyard Adventure made it easier for prospective residents to imagine themselves being part of such a promising thoughtfully designed, up-and-coming neighborhood. An emerging landmark developed by Federal Land under its Federal Land Communities (FLC) product line, Meadowcrest was envisioned to be compact, thriving, and connected—a multi-use, masterplanned township that will be intimate yet complete. Here, the 15-minute city concept comes to life, with essential amenities and recreational spaces all within easy reach.

One will find in Meadowcrest a mix of residential blocks, retail shops, parklets, scenic parks, pedestrian-friendly lanes, and bike lane networks. Lush tree canopies will dot the landscape, providing green spaces that create a safe and cozy environment, where residents will surely want to converge. At the heart of the neighborhood meanwhile lies the village center, a bustling hub where residents can enjoy a host of community amenities and social spaces.

Prime location

While future residents will get to revel in the tranquility and expansiveness of Laguna’s natural landscape, they will also find themselves conveniently near all essential amenities, institutions, leisure hubs, services, and other modern comforts. This proximity ensures that every aspect of life at Meadowcrest is both relaxing and accessible.

Meadowcrest provides easy access to prestigious institutions such as De La Salle University–Laguna Campus and Mapúa Malayan Colleges Laguna, as well as to diverse shopping options at the Landmark grocery, S&R Membership Shopping Nuvali, Vista Mall, and Solenad. Those looking for some downtime can readily unwind at world-class leisure destinations like Sta. Elena Golf & Country Club.

If you’re looking to go further out, Meadowcrest has close access to main thoroughfares Cavite-Laguna Expressway (Calax) and South Luzon Expressway (SLEx) that ensures unmatched accessibility to key destinations. This will make it easier for you to venture to the metro or to nearby provinces.

Prestigious address

Prospective homeowners now have an opportunity to secure a prestigious address within Meadowcrest through its inaugural residential offering, Hartwood Village.

Taking inspiration from the Danish concept of “hygge”, this 11.3-ha residential enclave, now open to the public, is poised to set an exceptional standard for the community-centric lifestyle that will define the Meadowcrest township. Hartwood Village is poised to exude coziness, simplicity, and contentment while emphasizing comfort and connection across its exclusive neighborhood of only 110 lots.

Designed to foster a close-knit community, it will feature sub-neighborhood clusters, pedestrian-friendly streets, and lush green spaces. It will also integrate a “Living Street Concept” for ease of mobility, 24-hour security, and ample parks, creating a sanctuary where residents thrive. The combination of these elements will not only help create a truly dynamic community, but will also offer a lifestyle that balances sophisticated living with a deep connection to one’s surroundings.
