Clearly, Alice Guo could have not done all these criminal activities were it not for people she bribed and bought for 30 pieces of silver apiece. These are the bureaucrats, the mid-level officials and the high and mighty trapos in different govt offices who were so corrupt beyond belief, betraying their country just because “everybody else in govt is doing it anyway”—Does a wrong act become right just because many were doing it?
