Sta. Lucia Land Inc. and its exclusive marketing arm, Royale Homes Marketing Corp. (RHMC), recently unveiled model units on the Madrid Tower of premium condotel and condominium project Sta. Lucia Residenze in Cainta, Rizal.

The move makes it easier for future residents and potential investors to visualize a life in the Madrid Tower, the third of five towers on trusted developer Sta. Lucia’s highly anticipated vertical residence.

Sta. Lucia Land Inc. and its exclusive marketing arm, Royale Homes Marketing Corp. (RHMC), recently unveiled model units in the Madrid Tower of Sta. Lucia Residenze in Cainta, Rizal.

The two model units—studio and one-bedroom at 27 sqm and 38.5 sqm, respectively—are situated on the sixth floor of the 26-story tower. These had been fully furnished from the living to the sleeping areas, from the ceiling to the floor, as if households were moving in the same day.

Both were opened to the public through Catholic dedication rites officiated by Rev. Fr. Gerry Vibar. The event was graced by RHMC executives, as well as its sales force and staff.

The studio and one-bedroom units perfectly fit young profes- sionals, empty nesters and budding families.

The studio and one-bedroom units perfectly fit young professionals, empty nesters and budding families, but Madrid also offers bigger configurations, including two-bedroom and bi-level penthouse units. All deliverable units include paint finishing and tiled floors; built-in cabinets at the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom; range hood; and shower fixtures.

Arguably the most exciting offerings are the penthouse units, whose total area stands at 125 sqm. They comprise only eight of the 302 units in the tower.

The units had been fully furnished from the living to the sleeping areas.

The dwellings provide beautiful views of Metro Manila and Rizal province. The one-bedroom model unit is a corner unit showing guests views of the southeast (Antipolo) and southwest (Ortigas), whereas the model studio unit faces the southwest. Northwest units show nearby Sta. Lucia Mall and Quezon City while units oriented toward the Northeast overlook both Sta. Lucia Mall and Antipolo.

Those vistas speak to the centrality—and assurance of both convenience and capital appreciation—at Madrid.

Madrid follows the success of two previous towers, Monte Carlo and Santorini. They all find their appeal in their Mediterranean vibe. Madrid will reward dwellers with resort-themed amenities like Wi-Fi connectivity, swimming pools, function halls and an open gazebo; as well as first-rate features like smoke detector, 24/7 security and controlled elevator access.

Madrid, which forms part of the Sta. Lucia Residenze complex, rises within the much bigger estate, Sta. Lucia City, which homeowners can consider as their extended amenity area. The il Centro Mall and Sta. Lucia Mall are downstairs for shoppers. Book a staycation at Santorini Hotel. A short walk away are cafes, banks, schools and an LRT 2 station. Sta. Lucia City complements the rise of Cainta Business District, set to offer more experiences in the eastern corridor of Metro Manila.

All those reasons point to the fact that investment makes sense at Madrid and Sta. Lucia Residenze, whether one is looking for a condominium to settle in or a condotel to diversify their asset portfolio.
