Revolutionizing housing, delivering premier family living

Avatar

An increasing population means an increasing need for affordable housing. However, in major cities where population is dense, prices remain too expensive to meet the rising demand for housing, let alone affordable ones.Few houses are available for the public and the majority are too expensive for people to afford this basic human need. To meet the increasing demand for housing, the government even enacted legislation encouraging the private sector to invest in affordable and socialized housing in both urban and rural areas of the country.

Premium affordable living

At a time when affordable housing connoted low-grade designs, substandard materials, and tight, poorly designed spaces, Ovialand Inc. had set an example, putting a premium on affordable housing.

Since its inception a decade ago, Ovialand has been revolutionizing the housing market through quality materials as well as innovative and sustainable practices. As a fast growing real estate developer in the country, Ovialand is pioneering the massive potential in the premium affordable housing market.

Ovialand’s first project was the Terrazza de Santo Tomas in Santo Tomas, Batangas. It took the expertise of its mother company Malate Construction & Development Corp., known to build socialized and low-cost homes since 1986, and adapted it for premier homes appealing to the emerging middle class.

According to its website, Ovialand has established a total of 2,383 houses in eight communities since 2014. Thanks to Ovialand, families reside in communities with Italian sensibilities, providing them a premier living experience today.

Ovialand guarantee

The Ovialand guarantee rests on its three pillars of premier family living: premier homes, premier services, and premier communities. Each pillar assures that future homeowners would experience the exciting journey of finding the right homes for their needs.

The first ensures homes are always fully finished with quality materials, made by skilled workers. The second assures future homeowners of dedicated service on top of hassle-free loan applications and other deals. Finally, homeowners are guaranteed comfortable and safe living environments with family-centered amenities and reliable utilities.

Ovialand has developed most of its township properties in Southern Luzon—there is Terrazza in Sto. Tomas, Batangas; Caliya in Candelaria, Quezon; and the Santevi, Savana, and Sannera in San Pablo, Laguna.

Caliya

For the modern Filipino family

The San Pablo properties utilize the city’s old world charm in developing duplex and township houses that promise comfort, accessibility, affordability, and quality—with the modern Filipino family in mind.

Santevi is located along the highway in Brgy. San Vicente, San Pablo City, providing access while keeping the feeling of exclusivity and privacy within the neighborhood. The architecture of Santevi’s house models—the Estate, the Mansion, Manor Luxe, and the Manor Classic—is inspired by modern French architecture. Santevi aspires to deliver the best lifestyle community available to its homeowners.

Savana, meanwhile, pays homage to the old world beauty of the city and its seamless blend of style and class. Located in Brgy. Soledad, San Pablo City, Savana offers three house models: the Mansion, the Manor Luxe, and the Manor Classic.

Sannera is located along the Maharlika Highway (or the Pan-Philippine Highway), Brgy. San Antonio II. The location is close to the city proper to the northwest and the Villa Escudero Plantations and Resorts in Tiaong town, Quezon. It sits on a 5.2-ha prime property, 55 percent of which is dedicated to wide open spaces, community amenities, and other nature-infused features. Sannera offers a single detached unit, a quad unit, and a stand-alone unit.

First project in Bulacan

In 2023, Ovialand debuted its first project in Bulacan—the Seriya—which will have 536 homes, including duplex and townhouse units. It marks Ovialand’s first venture outside South Luzon and is part of Ovialand’s 10-year growth plans.

Seriya

Seriya is situated on an 8.9-ha property along the Baliwag-Candaba Road in Baliwag, Bulacan. It will feature amenities such as an airconditioned clubhouse, swimming pool, and a community chapel. Its name comes from “cabecerria,” which was what the Spaniards referred to Baliwag when it had no name yet.

The project targets the company’s core premium affordable homes market. Revenues from the project, which would cost P990 million to build, were estimated at P2 billion.
