Require senators and congressmen to ride only in subcompact cars. On a stormy day like today, they get to play patintero on the streets by evading floods. or get to be a pasahero on a jeep for the masa feel. Though they have the benefit of disinfecting and taking medicine against leptospirosis and various bacterial fungal viral diseases from floods.
