You forgot to mention the meth smuggling by tens of tons, Pogo start-ups both covert and publicly, and multiple COVID funding anomalies doubling our external debt within half his term. Include also the billions in intelligence funds No one else in history has so callously disregarded the future fate of the motherland in the name of GREED.

The police and the court didn’t fail us. They did their job in supporting a dictator. Never the justice system and the police defend people, democracy, freedom, and human rights. The police do not work for the population. So it can’t fail us.

Duterte’s drug war would have been understood if first, it had deterred or even minimized the scope of operations and second even if it failed if the intention was truly for eradication of users, pushers, and drug lords. But as it appears and gets much clearer, the intention is just to eliminate competition. Suspected big-time druglords were eliminated some were murdered in cold blood as in the case of three druglords in Davao and Mayor Espinosa in Leyte. All these people were killed while in jail, under the custody of the PNP.
