Damosa Land celebrates 20 years of transforming Mindanao real estate
Over the past two decades, Damosa Land Inc. (DLI) has established itself as a cornerstone of the real estate sector in Mindanao.
Guided by its mission to uplift the quality of life and foster socioeconomic development in the region, this homegrown property developer has built innovative and top-quality projects and forged partnerships that empowered communities.
Celebrating 20 years
Damosa Land president Ricardo Lagdameo looked back on the company’s journey, noting that their 20th “anniversary means so much because this highlights everything that we have accomplished in the past 20 years and the many things we can do moving forward.”
“While 20 years may already seem like a long time to many, for us, it marks just the beginning of our progress in Mindanao,” Lagdameo said.
To mark its 20th year anniversary, Damosa Land held a Gala Night to honor its employees as well as its business and media partners. The event also highlighted milestones achieved this year, including the signing of GMAC Logitech Refrigeration in Anflo Industrial Estate (AIE), the partnership with PHINMA Microtel Hotels, and the groundbreaking of Agriya Gardens.
To date, Damosa Land has delivered award-winning projects across different business segments–with nearly 1,600 homes and more than 700,000 sqm of leasable space built, and about 11,000 jobs generated.
“The past 20 years have been fulfilling for Damosa Land and we are grateful that we achieved our goals for the company, our people, and most importantly, for the industry and Mindanao. Moving forward, we are inspired to continue what we have started and reach greater heights,” Lagdameo said.
