Arca South Estate develops onsite transport terminal
Ayala Land strengthens its leadership in building connected and sustainable communities with the development of the Arca South Transport Terminal, an integral part of its master planned estate in Taguig.
Encompassing 2 hectares and set for completion by the fourth quarter of 2025, the transport terminal is a critical component in enhancing the accessibility and livability of Arca South, which is emerging as a dynamic integrated mixed-use development.
Arca South is developing this terminal as a strategic solution to bridge the gap in transportation infrastructure, while the TCITX (Taguig City Integrated Terminal Exchange) project is underway.
Located along Arca Boulevard, the transport terminal will offer enhanced connectivity for office workers and residents, making commuting more efficient and convenient. Operated by Ayala Land’s partner, Interlux Corp., the terminal will support various modes of public transport, including buses, jeepneys, AUVs, and tricycles.
In addition to its transportation services, the terminal will also feature retail spaces, including food and beverage kiosks, providing added convenience for passengers and visitors. Amenities such as well-maintained restroom facilities with provisions for persons with disabilities (PWDs) and a dedicated lactation room for breastfeeding mothers will ensure a comfortable experience for all users.
Further enriching the community experience, Ayala Land will be relocating the popular AANI Weekend Market to the transport terminal site. This shift allows the market to continue offering organic produce, fresh seafood, free-range poultry, and other locally sourced goods, while better serving the expanding Arca South Estate community.
In addition to fresh products, the market will feature plants, and ready-to-eat meals, making it a vibrant hub for commuters and the community.
With key developments such as residential and office buildings, Landers Superstore, and the Healthway Cancer Care Hospital—the country’s first comprehensive cancer care facility—already completed, the estate’s growth will continue in 2025 with the addition of Ayala Malls Arca South.
