Talk of the Town: PhilHealth’s fault

PhilHealth is obviously mismanaged.

It’s urgent to replace the top management, directors, etc. They don’t deserve to sit there with large salaries and excessive benefits. PhilHealth didn’t rebate my friend’s operation last year due to technicalities. It’s a small amount, yet they have P90 billion excess money.

Until we really implement a law putting guilty public officials and politicians in jail, these issues will continue on and on.
