Building bonds beyond walls
There’s something unmistakably refreshing about seeing neighbors pause to reconnect, celebrate, and share in the simple joys of togetherness.
Such moments, though they may admittedly be few and far between, often become treasured reminders of what it means to belong in a community.
Premier family living
This is something that Ovialand Inc. continues to take to heart.
For this fast-growing property developer, the concept of community goes beyond a cluster of homes—it’s about cultivating a true sense of belonging and kinship among neighbors through heartfelt traditions of togetherness. From moments as reflective as a Holy Mass celebration, as meaningful as a tree-planting event, to the excitement of a Trick or Treat activity, Ovialand brings neighbors together to create shared experiences that breathe life into the idea of “Premier Family Living.”
“For Ovialand, the mission of ‘Premier Family Living’ does not stop at our house turnover—it’s a way of life. It is the every day: the mundane, the special, the extreme highs and challenging lows. We know that buying a house is not just about having a roof over your head, as it also becomes the setting for the life a family creates. This starts with society’s most basic unit, which immediately extends to community,” explained Ovialand president Pammy Olivares-Vital.
“We believe that a healthy and thriving community is one where neighbors are mindful of one another, and live with respect and harmony. It is important for us because 98 percent of our clients at Ovialand buy their home for their own use, and not for investments. They intend to live in their homes, and raise their families in it,” she added.
Creating tight-knit communities
This year for example, Ovialand has shown its commitment to creating tight-knit communities through a series of thoughtfully organized activities designed to nurture not just friendships, but a sense of belonging and shared purpose.
When Halloween rolled around, the streets of Savana in San Pablo City, Laguna, and Seriya in Baliwag, Bulacan were transformed into paths of joyful discovery for the young and the young at heart. Children darted from door to door in their cute costumes, delighted by the treats they received from households and Ovialand. Parents shared smiles as they watched their children meet new friends and explore their neighborhood in a spirit of fun and camaraderie.
“We love to see the kids enjoy so Halloween is definitely a priority. We are encouraging reviving the Trick or Treat activity which allows the kids to walk around the village in their costumes and get to know other members of the community,” Olivares-Vital said.
Residents of Seriya also participated in a tree-planting activity—both an exercise in environmental awareness and an act of unity. Residents came together to plant saplings that will one day grow into towering trees, symbols of strength and growth.
For the rest of its communities, Ovialand held a Holy Mass, serving as a reminder and a gathering point for residents to reconnect with their faith.
“Masses are still very vital in our communities, especially during the holiday season,” Olivares-Vital said.
“We plan closely with the homeowners to ensure that the activities are enjoyable and relevant for all.”
Creating lasting connections
Indeed, Ovialand proves to be more than just a developer—it’s a cultivator of lasting connections and family-centered lives.
It’s this blend of tradition, purpose, and community-centered activities that makes Ovialand a developer with heart. It builds homes where families don’t just live but truly belong, where neighbors are more than acquaintances, and where every day offers a chance to create memories and connections that last.
