Ayala Land lights up the season with its grandest Christmas celebration yet.

From its flagship Makati central business district (CBD) to its masterplanned estates across the country, Ayala Land is bringing the spirit of Christmas to life—elevating the festivities for a multi-generational celebration, with bright sparkling lights, performances, and heartwarming activities for everyone in the family.

With a vision to create vibrant spaces that bring the community together, Ayala Land is making this year’s holidays a beloved tradition for all.

A radiant start to the holidays

Ayala Land, together with Make It Makati and the local government of Makati City, officially kicked off the holiday festivities with a radiant spectacle—the first-ever simultaneous lighting ceremony across the city’s most iconic locations.

The Makati CBD shimmered to life as Ayala Avenue, Ayala Triangle Gardens, Washington Sycip Park, Jaime Velasquez Park, and Circuit Makati were all lit up together in a spectacular display, signaling brighter and grander celebrations coming your way until the New Year.

The lighting ceremony, held at the Tower One Exchange Plaza, was led by officials of the Ayala Group, including Jaime Zobel de Ayala, Sofia Zobel Elizalde, Bianca Zobel de Ayala, Ayala Land president and CEO Meean Dy, Ayala Land senior vice president and head of Leasing and Hospitality Mariana Zobel de Ayala, Ayala Land Estates head Chris Maglanoc, together with local government partners led by Makati City Mayor Abby Binay, Vice Mayor Monique Lagdameo, Rep. Kid Pena, and Rep. Luis Campos.

Multigenerational audience

Chrissy Roa, group head of Marketing and Communications of Ayala Land Corporate and Estates, explained that this is the first time that the group is lighting districts in Makati City simultaneously. Primarily, the goal is to “accommodate a bigger, multi-generational audience.”

“With all the performances and activities, everybody, all ages, can enjoy. At the Ayala Triangle Gardens for example, we have the multi-sensory corridor, which is an immersive experience for everyone, whatever your interest is. We really want more Makati communities to have a wonderful celebration of Christmas,” Roa said.

She added that true to Ayala Land’s promise of a “Radiant Holiday Experience”, this year’s festivities will be bigger, brighter and better.

Dreamy Christmas setting

At the heart of Makati’s celebrations, Ayala Triangle Gardens presents a mesmerizing multi-sensory corridor—a dazzling pathway lined with neon-glow mirror frames and celestial lights that create a magical atmosphere. Designed to captivate every sense, the corridor offers holiday-goers a journey of sight, scent, and sound in a dreamy Christmas setting.

Every weekend, Ayala Triangle Gardens transforms into a stage showcasing performances from renowned choirs, orchestras, and musical theater performers who’ll bring the holiday spirit alive. These include crowd favorites like the UST Singers and the Philippine Suzuki Youth Orchestra.

Festive Street Markets

For those who love holiday shopping and street fairs, Paseo de Roxas is hosting the Makati Street Meet, offering an exciting lineup of holiday markets.

Starting with the Beaujolais Nouveau event in partnership with the French Embassy, visitors can indulge in fine wines and French culinary treats on Nov. 16 and 17. Following this, “A Spectrum Holiday” fair, “Sleigh the Streets” cycling event, and “Marche de Noel” markets provide something for every taste and interest.

These events encourage residents, families, and guests to explore, engage, and make joyful memories together.

A New Year’s countdown to remember

Makati’s highly anticipated New Year’s Eve Countdown will also be bigger than ever. Ayala Avenue will set the stage for a night of thrilling performances by some of the top Filipino artists of 2024, leading up to a grand countdown to welcome 2025. It will be one unforgettable night of music, dancing, and community spirit.

A spectacular show with a heart

In Sta. Rosa, Laguna, Ayala Land’s flagship Nuvali estate is lighting up with its annual “Fountain of Lights” show at Lakeside Nuvali on Nov. 14.

This year though, Ayala Land adds a meaningful twist with its “Gift of Kindness” toy drive. Attendees are invited to bring toys to donate to children in nearby communities, fostering the spirit of giving and joy. Each donation will brighten the holiday season for children in nearby barangays, reminding everyone of the importance of compassion and community support.

More holiday magic

Ayala Land is bringing holiday magic to life across its estates.

At Vermosa in Cavite, Ayala Land continues the festivities with its “Holiday at Play” installation, turning the estate into one amazing Christmas destination starting Nov. 15. The Alviera Music Festival on Dec. 7 will transform Porac, Pampanga, into a vibrant celebration with live performances from top acts like Sponge Cola, hot air balloons, and a fireworks display.

In Cebu, the inaugural “It’s Time for Christmas” lighting ceremony at Cebu I.T. Park and Cebu Business Park celebrates community and unity, lighting up shared spaces as symbols of gratitude and growth. Davao’s Azuela Cove enchants with its own festive lighting at the Retail Garden, where guests can enjoy seasonal music.
