No damage reported in Luzon airports

The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) on Friday said there were no significant damages in local airports in Northern Luzon due to Typhoon “Marce.”

CAAP spokesperson Eric Apolonio, in a statement via Viber, said Tuguegarao, Cauayan, Basco, Laoag and Palanan airports remained operational.

All commercial flights in Laoag were canceled while in Basco, flights to and from Manila and Clark airports were canceled.

All flights in Palanan were also canceled while in Cauayan, several commercial flights pushed through.

The airports in Lingayen, Vigan, San Fernando, Rosales, Baguio airports suspended operations.
