Walking is good for your health. Some folks in Europe are conscious about how many steps they would take in a day to be fit, about 16,000 steps. Along Lambeth Bridge in London, you often see MPs walking with no body guards. In Europe and the UK, pedestrians take priority when crossing the street, cars stop or slows down along crossing lanes, not here in the Philippines.
