Move up the work sked of private workers. If their office is at 8 am to 5 pm, move it to 9 am to 6 pm. If 9 am to 6 pm it should be 10 am to 7 pm.

it’s a futile undertaking as the responsible government agencies are just totally incompetent and have no common sense. Everything is just a band-aid solution instead of hiring professionals from abroad. It’s Idiocracy.
