Trump’s EO, limiting the birthrights citizenships of children born in the United States from undocumented parent, in this case mothers in particular, will never succeed. The EO is now on hold, and Trump may never see a victory, while he is in office, because 18 Stares have sued him, and his chance in winning his case is zero, meaning, it would be a waste of time, energy to have a trial on this particular issue.
