Boosted by T2 sales, Jetour PH marks 67% growth in 2024
Jetour Auto Philippines Inc. (JAPI) has marked a 67% year-on-year growth in its second year of operations, recording sales of 1,702 vehicles in 2024. This figure represents an increase of 684 units compared to 2023’s 1,018 sales, underscoring the brand’s rising presence in the country.
A key contributor to this success has been the Jetour T2, the brand’s first 4×4 SUV, which accounted for 32.01% of JAPI’s total sales in 2024. Launched in March 2024, the T2 had its public debut at the 2024 Manila International Auto Show last April and its tough boxy exterior and design quickly captured the interest of Filipino SUV enthusiasts. The unveiling of the T2 Terminator edition at the 9th Philippine International Motor Show in October further fueled interest in the model, cementing its status as a best-seller.
According to JAPI managing director Miguelito Jose, the company’s continuous growth can be attributed to a comprehensive approach that strengthens market presence and customer engagement. “The year 2024 was all about stepping up our digital and traditional marketing efforts, cross-industry partnerships, sales programs, after-sales services, and dealer support systems,” said Jose. “Jetour vehicles are engineered to world-class standards, and we are committed to ensuring that every vehicle enhances the Filipino mobility and lifestyle experience.”
Beyond its strong sales performance, the Jetour T2 has resonated with the local market due to its combination of rugged capability, advanced technology, and off-road prowess. Behind the wheel, the T2 offers a commanding presence with its high ground clearance and robust suspension system, allowing drivers to tackle rough terrain with confidence. Whether navigating city streets or venturing into unpaved trails, the T2’s responsive handling and powerful engine provide an engaging and secure ride.
The T2’s interior matches its tough exterior, offering a refined yet functional cabin that balances comfort and utility. Premium materials, an intuitive infotainment system, and advanced safety features enhance the driving experience, making the T2 an ideal companion for adventurous Filipino motorists. The T2 Terminator edition takes things a step further with exclusive design elements and performance enhancements tailored for more extreme off-road challenges.
Other models include the seven-seater Jetour X70 variants (Journey, Travel, Sport, and X70 Plus), the Dashing, Dashing Symphony, Dashing Lightning i-DM (PHEV) variants, the X50, and the Ice Cream Battery Electric Vehicle (EV).
Jetour Auto Philippines is set to build on its momentum in 2025 with the introduction of hybrid and plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs) very soon. Additionally, the brand plans to expand its dealership network, forge new partnerships, and host a series of sales promotions, display events, and roadshows. “Expect even bigger and more exciting mobility experiences from JETOUR Auto PH this 2025,” Jose added. “Filipinos will see much more of Jetour as we continue to expand and innovate.”
