During this time, Villar’s privately held power and infrastructure conglomerate, Prime Asset Ventures Inc. (PAVI), also completed the P3.8-billion acquisition of the 4-km Muntinlupa-Cavite Expressway (MCX).
As the road networks here continue to expand, land values in Villar City are poised for further appreciation, making it a prime location for commercial and residential developments.
Vision for sustainability
Complementing this is Villar City’s ambitious commitment to sustainability.
This rising city is envisioned to have 10 million trees and 100 lush pocket gardens to enhance wellness and urban livability, while supporting long term appreciation. New ventures

One of these pioneering partnerships is with the University of the Philippines, which broke ground in September last year for the UP Dasmariñas Technology Innovation Campus, which will rise within Villar City. Another future economic catalyst is the planned state-of-the-art sports facility, made possible by a partnership between the Villar Group and All-Star Properties Inc.
Designed to champion Philippine sports, the 30,000-sqm The Stadium at Villar City will feature state-of-the-art courts and fields for basketball, volleyball, padel, pickleball, and badminton, and will house an impressive 3,000-seat football stadium with a FIFA-standard pitch. The most recent partnership was sealed in January this year with the US-headquartered Curley-Wagner Golf Design for the design of the first tournament golf course to rise in Villar City.
The proposed 18-hole golf course, which will rise on a 65-ha site with a nice natural terrain, will cater to both professional tournaments and everyday golfers.
