In a bid to expand its footprint outside Metro Manila, Century Properties Group (CPG) is building a mid-rise residential development at Azure North Estate in San Fernando, Pampanga.
The property developer, in a disclosure on Friday, said the second phase of Azure North would have four mid-rise residential buildings and 49 town villas.
“Azure North is strategically located in the heart of these emerging hubs, offering easy access to key destinations and Metro Manila. This project aligns with the evolving needs of the new generation, and we are confident it will contribute significantly to the growth of Pampanga and Central Luzon,” CPG president and CEO Marco Antonio said.
The company also launched this month the first mid-rise tower, Mykonos, a 12-level building offering studio and one-bedroom units. It is targeted to be completed by 2027.
Other works
The property developer allocated P1.2 billion for the construction of Mykonos. It is projecting P2.7-billion sales from this development.
Meanwhile, CPG is also spending P215 million for a water park, which will additionally feature a basketball court, a children’s playground, a pet park and green spaces.
“With the continued growth of the Philippine economy and the expansion of infrastructure, Azure North is positioned as an attractive destination for both homebuyers and investors seeking convenience and lifestyle amenities,” Antonio said.
The 7.8-hectare estate in Pampanga is just a few minutes away from the North Luzon Expressway’s San Fernando exit and a 90-minute drive from Metro Manila via Skyway 3.
As such, residents can have convenient access to schools, hospitals, shopping centers and business districts, CPG said.
In the January to September period of 2024, CPG saw its net profits grow by 38 percent to P1.8 billion, driven by first-time homebuyers.
