12 voices of PH contemporary art
Arcadia Art Gallery presents “Isang Dosenang Dagitab” (A Dozen Dazzlements), featuring 12 of the most distinct young voices in Philippine contemporary art: Chinnich, Clark Neola, Dale Bagtas, Dana Bote, Isobel Francisco, Jayme Lucas, Lymuel Bautista, Madonna Mortera, Nano Vocalan, Scarlet Aguilar, Seth Corda, and Sonny Tolentino III.
On view at Artistspace until Feb. 23, this exhibition marks the inaugural installment in a series dedicated to celebrating fresh perspectives and innovative approaches to art.
The featured artists, all digital natives, bring together diverse themes, styles, and techniques, blending their modern sensibilities with the enduring legacy of painting. Rather than centering on a singular subject, the exhibition unites these creators through a generational lens, offering vivid explorations of identity, place, and history.
