Talk of the Town: Anti-progress, not anti-poor

What is anti poor is the congestion in the payment cause by cash basis motorist who just do not want to comply with the rules which is also anti progress. What they need to address is the efficiency and reliability of the cashless system. Dotr is not curing the wound but making it more severe and worst of all spread all over the metro.
