“Congratulations to Robinsons Offices for setting a new benchmark in sustainable office developments. With more than 115,600 sqm of gross leasable area, GBF Centers 1 and 2 are now the largest office project in the Philippines to date to achieve LEED v4 Gold certification—an achievement that reflects a strong commitment to environmental excellence and innovation,” said GBCI associate director Rohith Ravula.

Sustainability

This globally recognized benchmark emphasizes sustainability by enhancing energy efficiency, conserving water, and promoting healthier indoor environments. It evaluates key areas such as energy use, water management, eco-friendly building materials, indoor air quality, and green transportation options.

Earning the LEED Gold certification reflects Robinsons Offices’ dedication to designing workspaces that are both environmentally responsible and focused on enhancing tenant well-being.

This achievement aligns seamlessly with Robinsons Land Corp.’s (RLC) broader Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) commitments, reinforcing its mission to develop sustainable and future-ready spaces. By prioritizing green building standards, RLC continues to drive positive environmental impact while enhancing workplace wellness and operational efficiency across its portfolio.

Masterpieces of both form and function, GBF Centers 1 and 2 redefine modern workspace sustainability by seamlessly integrating innovative energy efficiency and green environmental strategies.

Impressive portfolio

GBF Centers 1 and 2 are the latest premium developments of Robinsons Offices in Bridgetowne Destination Estate, joining an impressive portfolio of LEED-certified buildings within the property, including Tera Tower (Gold), Exxa Tower (Silver), Zeta Tower (Silver), and Giga Tower (Gold).

Elsewhere in the Philippines, Cybergate Iloilo Tower 1 and Tower 2 have also been certified, while the recently completed Tower 3 is currently undergoing the certification process.

Practical design

Like all Robinsons Offices developments, GBF Centers 1 and 2 combine smart design with practical features to serve modern businesses and their employees.

These twin buildings offer flexible and spacious office layouts with floor plates averaging approximately 2,500 sqm, providing ample room for businesses to grow and expand.

Placing heavy emphasis on sustainable operations, the development uses advanced water-saving technologies, high quality air filtration systems, and energy-efficient double-glazed windows. The centers also feature a beautifully landscaped podium garden that helps reduce urban heat island effect.

Secure. Smart. Seamless. GBF Centers 1 & 2’s facial recognition entry system ensures that only registered occupants can access the building—enhancing security, protecting privacy, and creating a safer workplace for everyone.

State-of-the-art, touch-free systems have been integrated to enhance security and safety as well.

“At Robinsons Offices, we view our work as more than simply constructing office buildings,” said Jericho P. Go, senior vice president and Business Unit general manager of Robinsons Offices. “We create spaces where businesses can prosper and employees can experience a healthier, more sustainable work environment. This LEED Gold certification shows that our efforts to build responsibly are making a real difference for the communities we serve today and for future generations.”
