Bakit kya wala pang public report o disclosure dun sa imbestigasyon ng senado sa lotto operation. Yung chance of winning ksi eh dpat talagang nakabase sa science o statistical probability at hindi sa dayaan. Eh dpat pla may quality assurance venture si prof para exact at scientific yung sociological impact ng principles, policies at procedures ng pamahalaan.

Gambling, whether legal or not, should be totally banned from the country because of the pinoy’s propensity to EASILY get addicted to gambling. This is especially true in the rural or provincial sectors
