Back to basic that’s all there is. paano kasi nababayaran at nag papabayad. alam naman lahat ng pinoy ito kaso kung walang babale sa sistemang ito paulit ulit na lang ito. me pag asa pa ba ang Pinas?

Sounds like an improvement but still long way to go … enforcement of traffic laws by fine or seizure of vehicles brings down the numbers excessive speed gets you the vehicle taken away and a rather nasty fine … license suspension …
