Pagtibayin at Palaguin ang Pangkabuhayang Pilipino (4Ps) remained the preferred party list group running in next week’s elections, according to the latest survey of the Social Weather Stations (SWS), commissioned by the Stratbase Group.

Conducted from May 2 to May 6 and released on Friday, the survey showed 4Ps garnering 7.67 percent of voter preference, securing its position as the front-runner since the SWS began polling for the 2025 midterm elections.

With this percentage, 4Ps is poised to secure three guaranteed seats in the House of Representatives, meeting the 6-percent vote threshold required by law.

The survey also revealed notable shifts in the rankings, with some rising while others slipping down the list.

Anti-Crime and Terrorism Community Involvement and Support (ACT-CIS) climbed from fourth to second place with 6.63 percent and is likewise poised to win three seats in the House. Duterte Youth, previously in second place, dropped to third with 5.88 percent, securing a projected two seats based on the 4-percent threshold.

Solidarity of Northern Luzon People (Solid North) party list made a notable jump from 13th to fourth place, securing 3.65 percent of the vote. LPG Marketers Association Inc. (LPGMA) saw the most dramatic rise—leaping from 84th to fifth with 3.04 percent. Both are projected to win one seat, having met the 2-percent threshold.

Senior Citizens and Ako Bicol each rose one rank to sixth and seventh places, respectively. Senior Citizens received 2.69 percent, while Ako Bicol got 2.44 percent—both also eligible for one seat each.

On the other hand, Tingog dropped two spots to eighth place with 2.35 percent, while FPJ Panday Bayanihan slid to ninth with 2.14 percent. Despite the decline, both remain within the threshold to secure one seat.

Only nine out of the 155 party lists are projected to secure seats in the House—a trend consistent with survey results from previous months.

Steep drop

Meanwhile, Asenso Pinoy, which previously ranked high in earlier 2025 surveys, experienced a steep fall, landing between 73rd and 76th place with only 0.32 percent of intended votes—well below the cutoff for a congressional seat.

The SWS survey used in-person interviews among 1,800 registered voters. It had a margin of error of plus-or-minus 2.31 percentage points for the national percentages, plus-or-minus 3.27 percentage points for Luzon outside Metro Manila, and plus-or-minus 5.66 percentage points each for Metro Manila, the Visayas and Mindanao.
