Taguig Aglipayan community celebrates feast day

The Iglesia Filipina Independiente (IFI) or Aglipayan community of the St. Isidore The Farmer Parish in Barangay Napindan, Taguig City, is celebrating its feast day today, May 15.

The day starts with a “karakol” (dance procession) at 6 a.m., followed by a Thanksgiving Mass at 9 a.m. to be officiated by Diocesan Bishop Most. Rev. Godofredo David and other members of the IFI clergy, including parish priest Fr. Charvine Dimailig.

Traditional Filipino games will be held at 4 p.m., while another procession will cap the festivities at 7 p.m.
