A slice of the Parisian lifestyle at Saint-Marcel Residences

The City of San Fernando, a first-class city in the province of Pampanga, has been drawing attention from tourists looking to discover and immerse themselves in the unique cultural appeal that it has long been known for. Just a shade over an hour away from Metro Manila, San Fernando has recently become a must-visit attraction, not just for the warmth of its people, fantastic array of culinary creations, and heritage destinations, but also new, picturesque attractions that add more vibrancy to the city.
Among the newest attractions in the city that have been gaining increased following among locals and tourists alike is the Capital Town Rainwater Park, a picturesque 2-hectare park inside property giant Megaworld’s 35.6-hectare Capital Town township. Surrounding this landscaped park, meanwhile, are several residential condominium developments from Megaworld, the latest of which is the 17-story, Parisian-inspired Saint-Marcel Residences.

Saint-Marcel Residences will feature 361 ‘smart home’ units in various types and sizes. These include studio (24 square meters); studio with either a lanai or balcony (up to 33 sqm); one-bedroom with balcony (up to 59 sqm); executive one-bedroom with either a lanai (51 sqm) or balcony (up to 57 sqm); two-bedroom with lanai (up to 71.5 sqm); two-bedroom with balcony (up to 75 sqm); executive two-bedroom with balcony (up to 98 sqm); and three-bedroom with balcony (up to 103sqm).
The development, the fourth residential condo property from Megaworld inside Capital Town, will rise at the more private portion of the township at the corner of Wilshire and Chelsea Streets. It will be just about a two-minute walk away from the Rainwater Park, and just a short distance away from a rising vibrant commercial strip, a sprawling plaza, and a soon-to-rise transport hub.

Future residents will be welcomed to a spacious, high-ceiling lobby, whose interiors are highlighted by a mismatch melody of vintage and modern pieces. At the third-floor, Saint-Marcel Residences features several ‘first -in-Pampanga’ facilities and amenities, including a bi-level private dining room complete with a fully-working kitchen, energy-generating fitness equipment at the outdoor fitness area, pilates studio integrated into the bi-level fitness gym, and a bubbler pool. Other amenities include adult and kiddie pools, pool deck with lounge, trellised lounge, and outdoor play area for children. There will also be a function room that can host more than 100 people at a time, an outdoor spill-over function area, pre-function area, daycare, and a bi-level game room.

All units at Saint-Marcel Residences will come with wireless smart home systems that can be accessed remotely using a dedicated phone app, giving residents greater convenience to control various unit features. Aside from this, the condo will also have several sustainability features, such as low-flow rate fixtures, occupancy sensors in hallways, energy-efficient equipment, rainwater harvesting facility, and materials recovery facility.
With Saint-Marcel Residences, Megaworld has now launched 1,300 residential condo units in Capital Town. The three other residential condo properties by the company in the township are the 15-story Chelsea Parkplace (214 units) which won as the “Best Condo Development in Luzon” at the 12th Philippines Property Awards by PropertyGuru last year; the 16-story Bryant Parklane (463 units); and the 15-story Montrose Parkview (293 units).
Aside from the Rainwater Park, Capital Town Pampanga is also home to an iconic clock tower, as well as office developments and the 16-story, 374-room Savoy Hotel Capital Town, Megaworld’s first-ever hotel development north of Metro Manila.
