The corruptors are free. That’s the sad thing. The lP11.5 billion Pharmally plunder is peanuts compared to more than a hundred billion COVID vaccine purchases, without bidding, without canvassing, without evaluation, culminating in buying the most ineffective Sinovac forced into the tissues of millions of people [with no options]. Is COA looking into this??
