RLC Residences stages a three-day property expo that transforms the dream of homeownership into a more inviting reality, simplifying every step toward finding your forever home.

The “RLC Residences Expo 2025: Hello, Home, Forever”—which will run until tomorrow (June 22, 2025) at the Bridgetowne Destination Estate in Pasig City—is touted as the country’s first developer-curated expo dedicated to celebrating what a home truly means: a place to begin, grow and build a life that lasts.

Here, guests will get to know more about the 45-year legacy of parent firm Robinsons Land Corp. and the extensive offerings of RLC Residences; do one-on-one consultations with property specialists; listen to insightful discussions by industry experts; and enjoy event-only promos, discounts and prizes.

“It’s Robinsons Land’s 45th anniversary and we, at RLC Residences, want to honor (our parent company) by holding the first ever developer curated property expo. This really brings to life our purpose which is to serve and delight homeowners every step of the way, welcoming them in their forever home,” said Robinsons Land chief marketing officer John Richard Sotelo.

Sotelo, along with other ranking officials of RLC Residences, led the ceremonial opening of the property expo on Friday.

Emmanuel Arce, VP for Project Management.

‘Now is the time to buy’

At the sidelines of the expo, Sotelo said now is the right time to buy a property as developers, including RLC Residences, are offering promotions and discounts that could benefit buyers.

However, RLC Residences is taking it a step further as it sought to simplify the entire process of buying property through this expo.

“What we’ve learned is that to a lot of people, (buying a home) is still scary. If you’re talking to the relatively younger generation, they feel like it’s the first step to adulting. For the older generation who’s a little more experienced, they want to be able to filter through all the options available,” Sotelo said.

A walk through

He explained that when guests walk through the expo, RLC Residences will first introduce them to the brand through the panels showcasing the legacy of the parent firm and the different property options that can suit varying tastes, preferences and lifestyles.

There are also a couple of vignettes; property specialists; and booths of participating banks like Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), BDO Unibank, Metropolitan Bank & Trust Co. (Metrobank), and Philippine Savings Bank (PSBank), as well as partners like True Value and SMEG.

“We also have a small stage at the back because we’ve invited experts to share their views on investing and owning a property,” Sotelo added.

Expected to give insightful talks are representatives from real estate services companies like Cushman & Wakefield and Lobien Realty Group, content creators, architects, and RLC Residences brand ambassador Heart Evangelista.

Exclusive event-only promos

The expo also offers exclusive promos such as the Pre-Selling 120, which allows buyers to avail of the featured pre-selling property by paying the discounted price in 120 months; free SMEG oven toaster for the first 100 booked units; monthly rebates for maximum 45 months via GoTyme for expo buyers who will book the featured units; and an additional 10 percent discount on top of existing applicable discounts for the first 45 booked sales.

These exclusive expo deals are on top of ongoing RLC Residences promos, such as the Early Move In and Lease-To-Own programs for ready-for-occupancy projects, giving home seekers even more flexibility and value as they invest in their future home.

“I hope other developers do something similar because we’re all going to need to work together to be able to get the confidence in real estate back to where it was. But it’s slowly coming back, particularly for the market investing for end use,” Sotelo added.
