The whole PNP organization, except Torre, is aghast and frustrated of how the whole organization became a house of clowns. Responding to a challenge of obviously frustrated son of the only known president of the Republic to be tried by ICC, a distinction that could not be matched anytime soon, or even during our lifetimes, is amateurish and childish. Satisfying punchline? Give us a break!
