Bohol motorists get reprieve before LTO crackdown

Leo Udtohan

TAGBILARAN CITY—Motorists in Bohol were granted a one-month reprieve to settle their obligations with the Land Transportation Office (LTO) before stricter traffic enforcement begins in September.

Gov. Erico Aristotle Aumentado, who sought the extension, asked motorists to avail of the extension and avoid penalties.

LTO Central Visayas Director Glen Galario urged vehicle owners to process registrations, renew permits, and claim their license plates available at LTO-Tagbilaran office until Oct. 31.
