Robinsons Offices takes the lead in Q2 office market
As Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) marks its 45th anniversary, its office development and leasing arm, Robinsons Offices, has emerged as the top-performing developer in the Philippine office leasing market for the second quarter of 2025, according to CBRE Philippines’ latest report.

New office transactions
In the second quarter of 2025, Robinsons Offices closed nearly 50,000 sqm of new office transactions—the highest among developers nationwide. The company also secured the largest share of IT and business process management (IT-BPM) transactions, reaffirming its role in supporting the country’s leading job-generating sector.
Its latest development, GBF Center 2 in Bridgetowne, emerged as the top-performing office tower in the country during the period, contributing 27,100 sqm of new transactions.
