Regardless of excuses, the bottom line is delicadeza. How can one afford to flaunt his/her riches amidst poverty all around? How can one claim she/he just wants to inspire others?

I think nothing will come out of these grandstanding lawmakers’ inquiries and netizens should continue with what we can do … These practices are enshrined in laws, such as procurement laws, where mere photo documentation, among other requirements, is [considered] sufficient compliance for project completion, and where every project from the barangay and SK has its own “contractors” who complete the documentation.
