Ayala Land showcases portfolio strength with first Lifestyle and Home Fair

Property giant Ayala Land Inc. stages its first Lifestyle and Home Fair, an impressive showcase that highlights the breadth of its residential portfolio.
The fair, which forms part of Ayala Land’s 37th anniversary celebration, will run until September 14 at the Glorietta Activity Center, where select projects of Ayala Land Premier, Alveo Land, and Avida Land are featured. More than just a home showcase, the fair presents the full Ayala Land lifestyle ecosystem—spanning residential, retail, mobility, telecom, and
financial services—and the company’s vision of creating fully integrated, future-ready communities.

A statement of scale
This ongoing property fair is, essentially, a statement of scale.
“In support of Ayala Land’s 37th anniversary, we’re doing the first ever Ayala Land Lifestyle Fair wherein we’re bringing the three residential brands under one roof here in Glorietta. We’re excited to showcase our residential brands and make them accessible to our clients and to our employees,” said Paolo Viray, chief Sales Strategy and Client Experience officer of Ayala Land.
In particular, the fair features projects like Enara in Tagaytay, Parklinks North and South Towers, Gardencourt Residences in Arca South, and Orchard Vistas in Anvaya Cove by Ayala Land Premier; Sentrove in Cloverleaf Quezon City, Astela in Circuit Makati, and The Lattice at Parklinks by Alveo; and Avida Towers Makati Southpoint, Avida Towers Verge, and Crescela Nuvali, Avida’s newest eco-community.
Exclusive promotions and flexible financing options are also being offered to making home ownership easier and more accessible.

A one-stop shop
That accessibility is extended by partnerships with companies under the Ayala Group as well as merchants of Ayala Malls. These include Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Globe Telecom, BYD Cars Philippines, and Anko, among others. This breadth of offerings thus turns the event into something more than just a housing fair.
“(The fair) is like a one-stop shop,” said Hans Lopez-Vito, head of Brand Experience and Brand Strategy at Ayala Land.
Beyond the convenience however, Lopez-Vito noted that the fair captures the company’s real business.
“We’re selling a way of life—the Ayala Land lifestyle. And that lifestyle oftentimes (goes beyond) the property. It’s also the environment that surrounds you—the estate, the mall, the bank (among others),” he said.
Signs of a stronger market
Notably, Ayala Land is holding the property fair just as confidence in the Philippine property market regains strength.
“Overall, (the market) is getting better. For the premium segment, it has always been steady. On the core segment, we’ve seen a lot of improvement in the last few months,” Viray explained.
Bing Gumboc, head of Sales for Core RBG at Ayala Land, also noted Avida’s rebound.
“We were the most affected brand after the pandemic but we are seeing already a lot of improvements in terms of take-up especially during the second quarter. It’s showing good signs. In fact, one of the proofs that we are ready—that the market is back—is the upcoming launch of a new (Avida) product in Katipunan (in Quezon City). This is going to (launch) this quarter,” Gumboc said.
Viray echoed this confidence, noting that the underlying demand for housing has always been present. While there was a brief pause earlier this year, he said buyers have since studied and assessed the market, and are now moving forward with greater certainty.
Drop by the Lifestyle and Home Fair, which runs until Sunday, and discover your place in Ayala Land’s future-ready communities.
