2 Filipinas seek Interpol red notice vs sex trafficking suspects

Two Filipino women sought the help of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (Asean) Center for Transnational Crime (ACTC) in obtaining a Red Notice from the International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol) against two London-based foreigners for their involvement in online sex shows.
The letter, dated Sept. 10, 2025, addressed to Ambassador Markus Lacanilao, special envoy on Transnational Crime A, was written by the two Filipina victims who filed qualified trafficking in persons case before the Pasay City Prosecutor’s Office against the two foreigners identified as Italian national Adel En Nouri and British Indian Centvin Menez.
“We ask the intercession of your good office to provide investigative support and cause the proper coordination with appropriate international forums involved in the campaign against transnational crime as part of the process of obtaining a Red Notice from the International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol) against these foreign nationals for them to be arrested so that they are brought before our courts of law and be held for trial,” they said in the letter.
They said they have decided to seek ACTC’s assistance “as we are fearful of the retribution that these foreign nationals might do to prevent us from proceeding with our complaint.”
2 Europeans, 1 Filipina
The two Filipinas, both 22 years old, filed the complaint against the two foreigners and a Filipina bar manager identified only as “Mami Jhane.”
Mami Jhane, Nouri and Menez were charged with violations of Republic Act No. 9208, the Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act of 2003.
Based on their complaint, Mami Jhane was a next-door neighbor who introduced herself as a floor manager at Aqua KTV in Pasay City and handles several guest relations officers.
However, Mami Jhane told them that her sideline for online sex shows to foreigners has fees ranging from P5,000 to P8,000 per 30-minute show.
Due to their financial difficulties, the two complainants stated that they agreed to perform the shows.
The two said they conducted online shows in their room at least three times a week that lasted until the middle of August 2025.
They said that among their many clients, Nouri and Menez became their regular customers.
After they lost contact with “Mami Jhane,” they believed she was arrested following a raid at Aqua KTV.
