By being open to innovations and new ideas and ways of doing things, HSBC Philippines remains the partner of choice of clients with international banking needs.

But HSBC Philippines’ ambition has remained the same in the century and a half it has been in the country: to be the most respected bank and preferred international financial partner of its customers by opening a world of opportunity that they cannot find anywhere else.

It remains committed to serving Filipinos and being an active partner of the Philippines as it seeks to change its status from lower-middle to upper-middle-income country in a few years.

As it celebrates 150 years in the Philippines, HSBC aims to continue the banking heritage it has established in the country since 1875 and renews its vow to be a steady and reliable partner of every Filipino business and individual as they negotiate the shrinking but increasingly complex global financial world for centuries to come.
