“I propose that our Supreme Court should establish a special court, similar to the Ampatuan Court, to handle these matters. Instead of Sandigang bayan that we will wait for another 20 years before the final verdict is promulgated. Plus an additional 20 years for the appeal.

I want to see them rot in jail right away.”
