All that corruption money would have helped feed hungry Filipino children. Instead, it overfed the corrupt individuals and their children. Just look at their photos.

There was also a study that well-rested children (students, pupils) and [those who] have a school breakfast are attentive and less tired. This was proven when our 15-year-old ranked top among Western countries and second only in creativity at Pisa.
No Lies
It was needed like, yesterday! Better late than never though, but cheers! The country will owe it to those patriots who value the future of the new Filipino generations.
