The IBP giving Duterte a Golden Pillar in Law award is tantamount to cleansing all his thousands of illegal acts. It has rendered the IBP an association of confused and bad lawyers.

The Senate resolution asking the ICC for Duterte’s house arrest is certainly inimical to the plight of thousands of victims of the war on drugs now seeking justice.
