Evo City is now coming to life as a fully active, connected community.

Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church at Evo City

The initial opening of Ayala Malls Evo City and the inauguration of the 1,000-seater Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church mark key milestones that signal the rise of Ayala Land’s 200-hectare estate in Kawit, Cavite as an emerging central business district and lifestyle hub.

In bringing essential lifestyle, spiritual, and commercial anchors into operation, Evo City shows how it evolves into a holistic destination offering meaningful community spaces and experiences, while unlocking value for businesses and investors. These latest developments aptly reflect what “City Living, Evolved” truly means for this estate.

“Evo City represents Ayala Land’s evolving approach to urban development—one that balances modern living with community building and sustainability,” said Chris Maglanoc, Group head of Ayala Land Estates. “The opening of the church and the mall are not just physical milestones; they mark the beginning of a vibrant community that continues to grow and welcome more people every day.”

Ayala Malls Evo City opened its first phase, bringing in a curated mix of dining options.

A community taking root

At the heart of Evo City now stands Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, a place of reflection and a grounding presence for the community. Designed by Ar. Dominic Galicia, the church drew inspiration from the Vesica Piscis and the Rosary, which are symbols of faith and unity.

An opening Mass, presided by Reverend Reynaldo G. Evangelista, was held recently to celebrate the unveiling of an architectural landmark that reflects Ayala Land’s vision of connection, community, and faith. The Mass was attended by the Diocese of Imus, partners of the estate, and senior leaders and key executives of Ayala Land.

Sunday masses began on October 26, with services held at 11:15 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.

Just steps away, Ayala Malls Evo City meanwhile opened its first phase, bringing in a curated mix dining options, including favorites like Nono’s, Modern Shang, Siklab, Texas Roadhouse, and Libro Expresso, along with Tasty Bites on Wheels merchants such as Pickup Coffee, MoonLeaf, and Founders Donut.

These establishments are already bringing daily activity into the estate, attracting visitors from nearby communities and broadening Evo City’s presence in the region. As the mall continues its development toward full completion in 2026, it is set to become the estate’s central hub for lifestyle, entertainment, and business activity.

Bridging these landmarks to the rest of the estate is a 2-hectare park, an essential feature within Ayala Land developments. The park creates a natural flow between destinations, inviting people of all ages to gather, play, and unwind amid expansive open and green spaces that nurture biodiversity.

Designed for commerce

As Ayala Land builds these foundations of community life, it is equally shaping Evo City into a destination where businesses can thrive.
