Comments on “The heavy burden of justice,” (Flea Market of Ideas by Joel Ruiz Butuyan, 11/6/25) via https://opinion.inquirer.net:

Freezing and seizing of assets are easy, if the ICC will just properly request it to the Philippine government. They don’t even need all the victims to take the stand, the prosecutor need to have solid evidence in connecting former President Rodrigo Duterte in this case. They need witnesses that can link these killings to Duterte.

Political idiot

Indeed. Reparations and convictions are the closest to true justice for all victims. Freeze Duterte family’s assets. After all, most of them were ill-gotten.
