RLC readies you for the next chapter

RLC Residences unveiled its newest campaign which seeks to change the way Filipinos prepare for homeownership.

Through its “Ready for Your Next Chapter” initiative, RLC Residences highlights its portfolio of well-planned communities and introduces an innovative payment scheme that gives buyers flexibility and confidence to invest in a home.

Teddy V. Bernas, OIC Business Unit general manager of RLC Residences, said this campaign “speaks to something deeply personal to every Filipino—our desire to build a better future…(It) reflects our commitment to helping more Filipinos take an important step toward the next chapter.”

Flexible payment scheme

Beyond offering smart, livable homes, the campaign also puts the spotlight on a flexible payment scheme designed to make long-term planning for your dream home more attainable.

“We heard the buyers’ clamor for a more affordable payment scheme,” said Katrina Tordilla, AVP and head of Business Development at RLC Residences. “We (thus) came up with a new scheme called Preselling 120 that eliminates the need for bank financing.”

Tordilla said under this scheme, the total contract price can be spread over 10 years or 120 months, and be made payable directly to RLC Residences. It essentially removes much of the uncertainty that often comes with traditional financing, while making monthly payments more manageable and predictable. It’s ideal for homebuyers who want to pace their investments and have greater control over their finances.

Designed, built to live better

While Preselling 120 redefines how buyers can finance their next chapter, RLC Residences continues to stand out for how it also designs those chapters.

Tordilla pointed out the “livability” of the spaces they offer—an approach that has become a defining mark of the brand.

“We design spaces that you would actually want to live in, (and) that creates an enduring value. Our residents don’t move out after a year because the spaces we provide actually allocate for their journey,” Tordilla said in an interview on the sidelines of the launch.

Equally deliberate, too, is the location of these communities. RLC ensures that there will be nearby commercial spaces, office buildings, and leisure hubs.

Add to that the smart and sustainability features integrated into every RLC Residences project. In certain developments, for instance, units are equipped with smart locks, switches, and outlets that can be controlled through apps.

“These properties reflect what many Filipinos desire most today—not just a place to live in, but a future to look forward to, an investment in stability, in a chapter they can probably call their own. Each one represents a journey of progress and a promise of what’s possible when we plan ahead,” Bernas added.
