Originally a small test kitchen in Kamagong, The Test Kitchen moved to One Rockwell, keeping its experimental spirit. The minimalist space offers a tasting menu and a la carte dishes, with an upstairs fermentation lab supplying ingredients for Boutwood’s pop-ups. Signature dishes include braised Wagyu beef cheek and rum baba with date purée and Chantilly cream.

Originally the wait-in-line favorite Ukokkei Ramen Ron in Arnaiz, the brand was reimagined in 2020 under Chef Tamura with Chefs Margarita and Amado Forés. In 2021, it opened its first dine-in restaurant at Rockwell Center. The clean stone-and-wood interior, bare tables and visible kitchen create a no-frills, inviting atmosphere, with house-made noodles and signature toppings like pork chashu, perfectly cooked eggs and miso paste.
