Century Properties ramps up Central Luzon expansion
Century Properties Group Inc. is on a roll for its expansion in Central Luzon, with the completion of one project and two more now underway at its 7.8-hectare Azure North Estate in Pampanga.
The company said Monday that the P1.6-billion Barbados Tower had been completed, marking the third and final high-rise building at the estate. It boasts of 820 units, bringing the total high-rise inventory across all the towers to 2,426 units.
This tower alone hit 99 percent takeup.
Construction works for the other two developments, the Azure North Townvillas and the Mykonos Tower, have begun.
The Azure North Townvillas is the group’s attempt to make a name in the premium house-and-lot segment in the Pampanga market. This offers 49 units of three- and four-story homes with lot areas ranging from 69 to 133 square meters (sq m). Its completion is targeted by 2028.
The company reported strong demand from buyers, with the residential enclave now sold out.
For this project, Century Properties expects to book P1.3 billion in revenues.
The P1.2-billion Mykonos Tower, on the other hand, is the first mid-rise building at the estate. The project is seen to finish by the latter part of 2027.
Century Properties said that the tower would feature “generous unit cuts,” surpassing the standards in the capital region.
Its studio units, for instance, range from 26.34 to 28.15 sq m in size compared with the typical 21 to 25 sq m. One-bedroom units also average 44 sq m versus the usual footprint of 35 to 40 sq m.
The group has also allotted P215 million to launch Azure North Waterpark by 2028. It will have water slides, a basketball court, a children’s playground and a pet park.
