The question should be why political families or dynasties endure? This should be followed by, why are they corrupt (most, if not all)? The ex-Chief Justice is right, “DYNASTIES REFLECT DEEP-ROOTED PATTERNS of human behavior.”

Because these dynasties have the way and means to eliminate competition. And where else can they steal and hardly being punished.
