Reasonable list of things. In a functioning society, these things should happen as a matter of course. But this is the Philippines so we shall see, won’t we?

[Reply to Tessie David] Yes, to see is to believe. Besides, expectations could be realistic or unrealistic. 3, 4, and 5 are realistic because they will be under functional judicial systems; but 1, 2, and 6 are unrealistic under our messy judiciary and politics!
