The Board of Investments (BOI) has endorsed P6.11 trillion worth of projects under the government’s “green lane” program, bringing the number of strategic investments eligible for fast-tracked permits and licenses to 232.

These endorsements cover projects approved since the launch of the program in February 2023 through Dec. 31, 2025, with total investments projected to generate 398,567 jobs nationwide.

In 2025 alone, the BOI certified 81 projects valued at P1.96 trillion, that will generate an estimated 163,070 jobs.

Of the total endorsed projects, 163 projects worth P5.48 trillion are in the predevelopment stage. Another 47 projects are under construction, six are in the preoperation stage and 16 are already operational.

BOI Director Ernesto Delos Reyes Jr. said the green lane program had helped convert investment commitments into actual projects.

“By improving coordination among national government agencies and local government units, we are helping investors move from planning to implementation more efficiently, while ensuring that projects aligned with national priorities are realized and translated into jobs and inclusive growth,” Delos Reyes said.
