Aftershocks
According to Phivolcs, these were aftershocks of Tuesday morning’s magnitude 5.2 quake that struck at 3 a.m. and traced at 45 km west of Kalamansig.
“This is alarming. We need to educate our people on what to do when an earthquake strikes,” said Kalamansig Mayor Ronan Garcia, recommending regular earthquake drills among students and residents.
Phivolcs said at least 60 aftershocks have been recorded since the 3 a.m. earthquake.
